Pre Training Assessment
Prior to the start of your first session, a pre-training assessment is included with your package in order to determine what your specific areas of need may be. This will include an interview, and also includes strength and flexibility assessments to provide an accurate starting point for training volume and intensity. We will also determine what types of sessions will be done one on one and what will be done on your own.

Session Types
In Person Sessions: Held in your home or other location convenient for the athlete and coach. If held at any kind of facility such as a fitness center (or even a barn), the athlete will cover any guest fees. If at a barn or other location, then the athlete must obtain permission from the owner prior to the session.
Web Conference/Online Sessions: These are a great way to get your session in with the major convenience of not having to go somewhere else. They are easy to schedule, and have a ton of flexibility in scheduling.
Whether you do an in person or online session they count the same.
Private Sessions
 
These sessions are one hour long, and can be either in person or online. The session will focus on either strength or cardio. All sessions will incorporate core strength and post workout flexibility.
These sessions can also be run as semi-private.
Group Sessions
 
These sessions will also consist of either cardio or strength sessions depending on the athlete's needs. Groups need to have a minimum of three athletes. If a session runs and is missed by one or more of the group, it will still count toward the number of sessions purchased.
